1. What this is
Cowork Fatima OS is a private bookkeeping utility operated by the owner of this domain. It collects invoices and receipts from the owner's own email accounts and files them into the owner's own Google Drive. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and charges nothing.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator and the Google accounts they personally control. Authorising an account grants the application read-only access to that mailbox for the purpose described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
- The application must only be pointed at mailboxes the operator owns.
- It must not be used to access another person's correspondence.
- It must not be resold, redistributed or offered as a service to others.
4. No warranty
The application is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Automated document collection can miss documents, collect the wrong ones, or misread their contents.
5. Not financial or tax advice
Nothing produced by this application is accounting, tax or legal advice. Collected documents and any extracted figures are a convenience, not a substitute for proper bookkeeping. The operator remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their own records and for anything submitted to a tax authority. Records should be checked by a qualified accountant before being relied upon.
6. Availability
The application runs on a schedule on the operator's own machine. It may fail to run, fail partway, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Ending access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. Doing so immediately ends the application's ability to read any mailbox.
